Series of mobile phone's features is unused

61% of participants in a recent survey of mobile phone said that their problems are contains too many unnecessary features compared with the device 10 years ago.

According to a statistics of the company's recycling phone FoneBank (UK), 45% mobile consumers do not hardly ever listen to music on the phone and 30% not attend to the quality of its camera.

More than half of phone usage is to send IM and calling but only 39% choose mobile phones based on the criteria "simple and easy to use". FoneBank also emphasized that up to 72% keep their mobile phone maximum 2 years before upgrading to a new version.

"People think they are interested in the number of "pixels" or "megabit" but in reality they only need a phone easy to use. Call and message is still the basic functions while surfing the web, e-mail, listen music... is not very important and more less used to" Mark Harrison, Director Fonebank, commented.

Participants in the survey of FoneBank also choose Motorola V3 Razr in 2004 is their most popular in the past 10 years.
