Khi file excel chèn nhiều ảnh thì dung lượng của nó cũng tăng lên một cách đáng kể. Điều này gây khó khăn cho bạn khi gửi mail (quá dung lượng mail server cho phép). Để làm giảm dung lượng của file này bạn có thể dùng chức năng sẵn có trong excel bằng cách nhấn chuột phải vào file ảnh đính kèm và nhấn chuột phải -> Chọn show picture Toolbar.
